The Technical Solution Leader is a senior-level role responsible for defining, designing, and guiding the delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Requirements
- Lead the identification and design of technical solutions that meet clients' business requirements.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to understand requirements and shape solution strategies aligned with the customer's industry trends and business strategy.
- Serve as a trusted senior advisor to client executives and technical teams advising on technology investments and roadmap decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders on selected priority clients.
- Provide technical direction and oversight during early stages of sales opportunities to ensure right solution strategy is pursued maximizing value to client and NRI.
- Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client engagements and build qualified sales pipeline within the assigned region.
- Work closely with Innovation Directors and Technical Solution Architects to win qualified sales opportunities.
- Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure solution performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex solution issues across platforms and technologies.
- Drive adoption of innovative tools, platforms, and practices to improve solution quality and efficiency.
