Career We Can Supervisor

The Career We Can Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing organization-wide events, managing community partnerships, overseeing volunteer and mentor recruitment, and ensuring equitable access to enrichment opportunities for scholars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field or combination of education and work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working with diverse youth populations (ages 6–18), preferably in under-resourced communities.
• Strong background in volunteer or mentorship coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and foster relationships with diverse groups.
• Experience developing, delivering and facilitating training or presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Technologically proficient, especially with Apple products and volunteer management platforms.
• Deep commitment to youth empowerment, equity, and CORE’s mission.
