Program Supervisor

Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Program Supervisor, you'll lead our Day Program operations and create relationships that motivate the team every day.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of education
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
