Site Human Resources Manager

Core Scientific seeks a Site Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and hands-on HR support, overseeing employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce development. The role requires a bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience, 5+ years of progressive HR experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience. The Site Human Resources Manager will serve as the primary HR representative on site, maintaining a strong presence at assigned locations and providing accessible support to employees and managers.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, field-based HR experience preferred
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety training standards, and injury reporting processes
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
