We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is ideal for a driven, relationship-oriented professional with a proven track record of building and maintaining a substantial book of business.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer
- Established book of business with proven ability to grow and retain accounts
- Active Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong understanding of commercial lines products, underwriting requirements, and market conditions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of self-motivation, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
