Requirements

• Provide daily leadership to fabrication teams, promoting excellence, accountability, and safety-focused practices.
• Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities to achieve optimal productivity, accuracy, and product quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized manufacturing facility.
• Manage production schedules, prioritize work orders, and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
• Utilize production data, KPIs, and lean methodologies to support continuous improvement and drive operational results.
• Analyze production challenges, collect relevant data, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Review and interpret fabrication drawings, prints, and submittals for sheet metal and pipe assemblies.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of new and existing fabrication processes.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings and contribute to problem-solving teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
