Fabrication Production Manager

The Fabrication Shop Production Manager is responsible for leading daily fabrication shop operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of structural steel and metal fabrication work.

Requirements

• Proven supervisory or management experience within a structural steel or industrial fabrication shop environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to lead craft personnel with clear communication, sound judgment, and accountability.
• Experience using ERP systems or fabrication/project management software to track production and labor.
• Willingness and ability to serve as a working leader; proficient in welding and fabrication processes.
• Strong commitment to safety leadership and regulatory compliance in a fabrication environment.
