• 15+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Strong portable book of business valued at $1,000,000+
• Extensive experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation
• Expertise in advising clients on labor relations, employee benefits, and compliance with both federal and state employment laws
• Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior attorneys
• Strong business development skills, including the ability to attract and retain clients
