Requirements
- 15+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law
- Strong portable book of business valued at $1,000,000+
- Extensive experience representing clients in labor and employment litigation
- Expertise in advising clients on labor relations, employee benefits, and compliance with both federal and state employment laws
- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior attorneys
- Strong business development skills, including the ability to attract and retain clients
