Job Description
A well-established and highly respected law firm in Birmingham, Alabama is seeking a seasoned and business-minded Shareholder to join our leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a distinguished attorney with a strong legal reputation, 15+ years of practice experience, and a substantial portable book of business.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
- 15+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in areas such as corporate law, litigation, real estate, healthcare, or other established practice areas
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters and client relationships
- A sizeable, portable book of business with a strong track record of client retention and revenue generation
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a commitment to the firm’s shared values and success
