Core Talent Services is seeking a driven and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join their high-performing team in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of agency staffing experience and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in an agency staffing or full desk recruiting environment
• Proven success in business development, account management, and candidate placement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Comfortable managing multiple searches and clients simultaneously
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
