Job Description
Corebridge Financial is seeking a Director - Reinsurance Accounting to assist in overseeing a team dedicated to delivering timely and accurate financial information relating to complex affiliate and external reinsurance treaties. The role requires reviewing reinsurance settlement calculations, managing the monthly/quarterly close for reinsurance, and identifying process improvements.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical abilities and practical problem-solving skills
- Experience in successful process improvements and automations
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Familiarity with financial systems, particularly SAP and BPC
- Proficiency in data tools, including Excel, Word, PowerBI, and Alteryx
