Job Description
At Corebridge Financial, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will have accountability and ownership over the Retail line of business results, work with the LOB Controller to ensure ledger accuracy, and drive process improvements in areas such as accounting systems and workflows. The role will focus on the Group and Individual Retirement business, and the ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry or a Big 4 background.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting role
- Experience in the financial services industry or Big 4 (or close to it) background
- Analytical and practical problem-solving skills with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric and front-line staff perspective
- Proven leadership skills and positive attitude with the ability to make consistent, sound and effective decisions with minimal direction
