Customer Service Coordinator / Project Manager Assistant

C3’s role is to be the conduit and coordinator of the insurance claim, coordinating all aspects of the job with multiple parties involved. This position requires excellent communication, follow up, and project management skills.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of Customer Service / Client Care experience
• Over 2 years Project Management / Scheduling / Dispatching / Tracking experience
• General understanding of remodeling, construction / restoration principles
• Excellent computer skills (email, excel, word, calendars, PDF, digital pictures, Xactimate, DASH)
• Systematic and capable of organizing multiple jobs / activities at a time
• Analytical and able to problem solve in a timely manner under intense circumstances
• Clean Background check
• Able to successfully pass periodic drug testing
