Office Compliance Manager

The office/compliance manager has the skills, experience, tenacity and savvy to be the backbone of day-to-day operations of the company, managing job production compliance, leading employees, and ensuring organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training
• Computer literate with over 5 years' experience using MS Office applications
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proven track record in customer service, communication strategies, organization and implementation, and reporting
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, speak effectively with customers or employees, and hold accountable subordinates
