Job Description
Corenic Construction Group, a leader in the Washington, DC construction industry, is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects and direct the day-to-day management of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience managing other project managers/staff
- Prior experience with small base building (including banks, retail) and commercial base building
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve quickly
- Excellent skills establishing rapport with clients, vendors, team members and leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience with consistently maintaining project related paperwork
