Requirements
- Ability to work 40% on-site from an approved CoreSite Market and 60% remotely from that same market, with flexibility to adjust onsite expectations as business needs evolve
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support testing and construction activities, with flexibility to adjust travel commitments as business needs evolve
- In-depth working knowledge of data center design, operations, and infrastructure
- Strong strategic problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other computer aided design software, as well as in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
- Ability to operate and interpret results from test equipment, such as power quality meters, thermal imaging cameras, multi-meters, to evaluate and troubleshoot equipment operation and performance
- Commitment to personal development and the ability to pursue relevant certifications and accreditations (i.e. LEED AP, CDCDP, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and cross-functional teams in both on-site and remote environments
- Ability to work independently while ensuring regular communication and coordination with colleagues and other organizations, regardless of location
