Job Description
CoreWeave is seeking a high-performing and passionate Associate to join its corporate development team. The Associate will support the Corporate Development team, CDO, CSO and CFO in leading the corporate development activities of CoreWeave, including managing M&A processes, analyzing industry trends, and identifying investment opportunities.
Requirements
- Identify and evaluate M&A and direct investment opportunities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models
- Assist in all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, documentation, and integration planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of deals
