We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Executive Programs to lead the design and execution of global executive programs that drive VP and C-Suite engagement within priority AI-native and enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, executive programs, strategic events, field marketing, or ABM at a high-growth technology or enterprise company
- Strong program operator who can own end-to-end execution for complex, multi-day executive programs
- Executive-audience savvy: Comfortable engaging with VP and C-Suite stakeholders
- Content-aware marketer: Able to collaborate with product, brand, and execs to shape compelling narratives and discussion topics for executive audiences
- Customer- and account-centric: Skilled at defining 'who should be in the room,' building nomination criteria, and partnering with Sales to align on account and contact priority
- Data-informed: Familiar with setting basic KPIs for programs and using data to evaluate and improve them
- Cross-functional collaborator: Comfortable working across Events Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand/Comms, and the C-suite in a fast-moving environment
- AI-curious: Interested in AI infrastructure and motivated to learn how AI-native and enterprise customers build and scale AI workloads on CoreWeave
