Requirements
- Calendar management for two executives
- Working within a team environment and providing back-up coverage to other assistants
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Ownership of day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Coordinating conference rooms and meeting logistics
- Maintaining utmost confidentiality and secure information flow
- Organizing team-building events and employee engagement opportunities
- Fielding inquiries and responding to employee inquiries
- Ad hoc errands and requests
