Senior Administrative Assistant

The Senior Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the Executive support team and functions as the primary administrative partner to the General Counsel and two Senior Vice Presidents. This role also serves as the secondary executive support resource for the CEO’s office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; pharmaceutical or life sciences experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a complex organization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished executive presence
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook calendar management
• Experience with Oracle iExpense (or similar expense platforms) preferred
• Comfort using AI‐enabled tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
