Cority is hiring a Marketing Programs Specialist to own the execution and performance optimization of email marketing, paid media, webinars, and event campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in B2B demand generation or marketing programs (enterprise experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaign performance
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging by persona
- Experience using a marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot), Salesforce CRM, virtual event platforms such as ON24, project management tools such as Asana, and content management tools such as Paperflight and Cleverstory
- Experience executing segmented or account-based campaigns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
- Comfort working cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools in campaign development workflows
