Job Description
SOTI is looking for a Marketing Program Specialist to manage key initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive growth through channel programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of experience supporting marketing programs
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with an eye for detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish, hitting deadlines and quality standards
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp (bonus points!) and CRM systems like Salesforce
- B2B marketing experience is preferred
- Experience in channel marketing or working with cross-functional teams is a plus
