Job Description
This position will serve as a Program Area Leader for a specialty program area at 4-H Camp Overlook, an overnight summer camp in New York. The primary responsibility is to further the mission of camp through the development and delivery of 4-H programming. Job duties include developing and delivering 4-H programs, ensuring camper and staff safety, and supervising counselor staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Subject matter background and experience in the assigned area
- Ability to relate to youth and adults in a positive manner
- Willingness to learn and understand the development needs of youth
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
