Job Description
Kitchen assistant to help with food preparation, service, and storage under the direction of the Food Service Manager or Cook. Responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitary health codes and operating commercial kitchen equipment.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older to meet the age requirements for the position set by the NYS Department of Health.
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
