Job Description
Love turning complex technical challenges into success stories? We're seeking a Technical Service Engineer who thrives in the field, excels at troubleshooting and diagnostics, and takes pride in getting customers back up and running better than before.
Requirements
- Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Utilize software knowledge to: Update embedded code (firmware, assembly code) for equipment calibration, optimization, or bug fixes
- Collaborate with peers on root cause analysis of software/hardware issues
- Train customers on operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
- Document service activities, including field reports, code modifications, and parts usage
- Provide feedback from field issues to engineering and product development teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
- Up to 50% travel domestically and internationally (as required, sometimes on short notice) to support customer installations and service calls
