The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business is seeking an Assistant Director, Career Development for Undergraduate & Specialty Master’s Programs. The role will lead the delivery of a comprehensive career development model to prepare students for industry-specific career opportunities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree with two to four years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience in working directly with college level students, and familiarity with business school education, and industries/functions including real estate, consulting and finance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while fostering a high-quality, respectful work environment is required.
• The successful candidate will show a proven capacity to monitor outcomes, deliver results, and identify opportunities for continuous program improvement.
