The Cornell Duffield College of Engineering is seeking an Assistant Director for Corporate and Employer Engagement to advance the college's external engagement strategy by supporting and expanding relationships with corporate partners. The role involves identifying and cultivating opportunities for faculty collaboration, coordinating meetings between faculty and external corporate contacts, and supporting cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, corporate outreach, public relations, or similar area
• Strong group facilitation, organization, and project management skills
• Prior experience in proactively developing corporate/university partnerships
• Ability to understand and communicate technical, scientific, and educational activities
