Job Description
Cornerstone Capital Bancorp, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader as a Community Development Manager to develop and implement the Bank's Community Development plan for each market, connecting community needs with banking solutions and ensuring CRA compliance.
Requirements
- Assist the Director of CRA in administering and maintaining the CRA Program and initiatives.
- Lead execution of the community development program and market performance in collaboration with business line leaders to achieve goals.
- Establish strategic partnerships with Community Development and Economic Development organizations.
- Conduct annual community-focused needs assessments and monitor federal, state, and local initiatives.
