The Corporate Secretary Legal Assistant supports the Corporate Secretary function by managing corporate governance processes, maintaining entity and shareholder records, and coordinating Board of Directors activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in corporate governance, legal support, or a similar role
• Experience with board management systems (e.g., BoardVantage)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
