Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Corporate Secretary - Board Governance Specialist to join our Legal team. The role will support the Office of the Corporate Secretary at Corteva, Inc. and manage corporate governance practices, board meetings, and compliance with federal and state securities laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years of experience in legal/SEC reporting, corporate secretary department of a publicly traded company or equivalent experience as a corporate governance professional or in a corporate department of a large law firm.
- Working knowledge of SEC, NYSE and Section 16 reporting requirements.
- Experience with meeting planning, working with C-suite executives, and handling high-priority assignments with professionalism and efficiency.
