Job Description
Cornerstone Home Lending, a national home lender, is seeking an Investor Delivery Specialist to support their team. The role requires 2+ years of continuous Mortgage Closing or Processing experience and involves delivering files to investors, resolving certification issues, and working in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of continuous Mortgage Closing or Processing experience
- Clear focus on detail and ability to recognize inconsistencies in data/documents
- Ability to work in a 'High Volume' environment
- Excellent PC skills
- Ability to communicate with team and Supervisors about needs or issues
- Detail and multi-task oriented
- Able to think outside the box, and try different approaches if the first approach doesn't work
- Work independently w/ minimal to no supervision
- Able to cross-train other employees when needed
