Cornerstone Home Lending is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to support post-closing efforts and respond to investor inquiries within regulatory and investor guidelines.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan documents
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to follow established operating procedures and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret corrective action to cure a suspense
