Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Market Manager to lead a team of loan officers for our builder division team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, mortgage expertise, and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Must be appropriately licensed (or be able to gain license within 60 days of start date)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of marketing, public relations, sales, and service
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to coach and mentor
