Leasing Agent

Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company seeking a Leasing Agent to welcome prospective residents, assist with viewing/touring the property, and provide accurate information about each apartment home. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy, while maintaining high occupancy rates and fostering community loyalty.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management
• Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
• Strong computer skills
• Pass a background and drug screening
• Have LIHTC Experience
