Assistant Manager
High school diploma/GED required. 2+ years property management experience needed, plus one-site or software proficiency. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential
Maintenance Technician
High school diploma or GED. 2+ years residential maintenance experience. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, & strong communication skills
Housekeeping
Valid driver's license needed. Prior experience in cleaning and/or maintenance is preferred. Basic inventory skills are necessary
