Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and upkeep of properties. Requirements
- Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, and air conditioning/heating/electrical systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance assignments.
- Inspect and repair vacant units and prepare for move-ins.
- Work on-call, weekend, and overtime.
- Perform ground work and landscaping.
- Complete background and drug screen.
