Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for residential properties to assist Property Managers with day-to-day operations. The role involves managing operations, leasing, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and maintenance, with a focus on resident and employee satisfaction and high occupancy rates. Experience with LIHTC properties is required.
Requirements
- Assist Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all monies received are deposited and recorded on a daily basis and confirm proper bookkeeping procedures.
- Promptly respond to resident concerns.
- Inspect make-ready apartments and send final disposition reports.
- Manage and monitor rental collection.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
