Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for property to assist Property Managers with operating and maintaining residential properties. This role involves managing daily operations, leasing activity, collections, financial reporting, and communications for assigned residential properties, with a strong focus on resident and employee satisfaction. The company focuses on maximizing revenue and customer retention within a competitive market.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years’ property management industry experience.
- One-Site or other property management software.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
