Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company committed to providing exceptional service while maximizing revenue for our partners. Leasing Agents welcome prospective residents, assist with viewing/touring the property, provide accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and assist with lease renewals as required.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management
- Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
- Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
- Must have LIHTC experience
