Leasing Agent

Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company committed to providing exceptional service while maximizing revenue for our partners. As a Leasing Agent, you will welcome prospective residents, assist with viewing/touring the property, and provide accurate information about each apartment home. The role is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or customer service will also be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
