Maintenance Supervisor

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and ensure the property is in top condition. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating service requests, and managing maintenance budgets. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of general residential maintenance experience, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, and HVAC certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ general residential maintenance experience
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience
• HVAC Certification
• Pool Certification
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems
• Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary
