Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company committed to providing exceptional service while maximizing revenue for our partners. The Property Manager is a business leader who focuses on resident customer service and manages operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a multi-family LIHTC property manager
- Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver's license
- Proven ability to market properties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- HUD experience
