Job Description
Cornerstone Residential is a comprehensive property management company seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, resident customer service, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one to two years' experience as a multi-family property manager
- Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software
- Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver's license
- Proven ability to market properties
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- LIHTC/HUD experience
- CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification (preferred)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (preferred)
