Property Manager

Property Manager is a business leader who focuses on resident customer service and manages operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications for an assigned residential property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum two years' experience as multi-family property manager for HUD/LIHTC property
• Working knowledge of OneSite or other property management software
• Reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver's license
• Proven ability to market properties
• Strong communication and customer service skills
