Customer Operations Specialist

Corning is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to drive supply chain value for strategic customers by planning and executing to a high level of customer service/customer experience. The role involves order management, inventory management, problem solving, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or related field of study
• Minimum 3–5 years of customer service and/or supply chain experience
• Solid understanding of Malaysia (domestic and international) shipping regulations, customs, and trade compliance requirements
