Requirements

• Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3+ years Customer Service experience
• Proven experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven critical and analytical thinking as well as excellent organizational skills
