Engineering Solutions Manager

Corning is seeking an Engineering Solutions Manager to lead global programs and execute the OCS Division strategy to drive engineering solutions, proactive quality, and standard processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or quality, and be able to develop and execute systems and processes to promote prevention and risk reduction.

Requirements

• B.S. or equivalent technical degree
• 7-10 years progressively responsible roles in technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or quality
• Certified DMAIC Green Belt
• Knowledge or experience in Lean methodologies
• Knowledge or experience in PQA methodologies
• Knowledge or experience in New Product Introductions including Change Management
