Deliver strong project leadership through project initiation, planning, implementation, and closeout phases. Manage capital and expense project portfolios for the manufacturing site using Planview Portfolios application. Lead five-year planning process for capital, project expense, and experimental/development budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering, business or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing environment
- Expertise in planning, execution, budgeting, and resource allocation for capital projects
- Knowledge of Problem Solving tools, such as: DMAIC, MEE, error proofing, KT
- Skilled in developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop project teams
- Understanding of facilities, equipment, manufacturing processes, and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Planview Portfolios) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Results-oriented with a high commitment to achieving goals
- Flexible and able to manage shifting priorities, uncertainty, and change
- Collaborative across organizational boundaries and teams
- US Citizenship required
