- Lead cross-functional teams and work closely with leadership to ensure alignment with divisional goals
- Responsible for the development, comparison, and execution of long-term technical strategy and resource planning
- Attend monthly project review meetings to monitor program status, risks, and opportunities
- Identify and facilitate program/project synergies to optimize resource allocation and maximize business outcomes
- Act as the business team representative, ensuring alignment between project execution and business strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track PL (Project Leadership) objectives for all active projects
- Serve as the escalation point for projects, facilitating resolution and corrective action
- Utilize monthly rollup reports to communicate status and synthesize project portfolio progress and resource needs
- Monitor the monthly commercial forecast to anticipate and capture future resource requirements
