HR Generalist

Corning is seeking an HR Generalist to support the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment assistance, employee relations management, training coordination, HR data maintenance, performance management, and more.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous administrative or HR-related experience is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is a plus
